Order Policy

Retainer fee: Please allow us a two (2) week lead time to ensure your selected creation(s) gets the love they deserve. To secure an order, a 50% deposit of the total order will be required to reserve the selected date and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation after 24 hours. If no payment is made by the expiry date on the invoice, I cannot guarantee date availability.   

Rush/Last minute ordering:  Orders needing fulfillment with less than a two (2) week lead time can still be accommodated, however, a "Head Batch! Stress Reducing Fee" of 25% or $25 will be applied to the order, and the order will need to be paid in full at the time of ordering. The final balance is due the day of pick up or delivery.  Orders will not be provided if final payment is not made.  

Replications/Inspirations:  Inspiration photos sent are used as a reference for design. I am not able to exactly replicate every aspect of them but I will do my best to get close. Colors and decorations may vary. Please note: when ordering cakes with darker pigmented colors (black, blue, red) they can temporarily stain teeth.

Approval of final product: Before the creation(s) leave, they will be shown to the pick up person to confirm the finished product is approved. If there are any issues at that time, please alert me and changes can be made if time permits. I will resolve any issues the best way possible. For pick up orders customer(s) are responsible for transporting the dessert and assume responsibility for all perceived defects. Taking possession of the dessert is noted as approval.  

Pickup/Delivery:  If you plan to pick up your dessert, please make arrangements beforehand. Once a pickup time is confirmed, I cannot guarantee my availability should you not arrive within a reasonable time window of 15 minutes WITH communication. A late fee will need to be paid before dessert is handed over. Delivery can be arranged  for a fee depending on mileage and time permitting.

No Shows: If you no show, the  dessert will be donated for someone else to enjoy. Not showing up at the time that was agreed upon is grounds for this to be enforced. Please keep the communications lines open, and please respect my time.  

Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours. This is due to making the necessary arrangements to have supplies and ingredients needed for your dessert.  

Allergy Statement and Cottage Laws: Batch! Please Bakery is a home based business and operating under Texas Cottage Laws.  My home is NOT allergen free. It contains nuts, wheat, dairy and egg products. Therefore, I cannot completely eliminate cross contamination . Please advise any guests with allergies/sensitivities. All products are made in a home kitchen where they either contain or may come into contact with milk, wheat, eggs, nuts, soy, or other allergens. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify anyone consuming them of that risk and will not hold Batch! Please Bakery responsible for ANY allergic reactions and waive the right to sue. 

Prices: Prices are subject to change at any time depending on the cost of ingredients and supplies.  

Photography:  Products are photographed for marketing and promotional purposes; however, they will not be posted until the next business day after the pickup date to prevent ruining any surprises.
